HER3 (ERBB3) partners with other ErbB receptors to sustain proliferative signalling and is a key target for payload-delivery research in oncology. This unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of patritumab vedotin uses the HER3-directed antibody backbone and is provided for research use only (RUO). Manufactured to in vivo standards with low endotoxin, it is produced in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. Use it in functional assays, conjugation and internalisation studies, ADC-development workflows, reproducible controls, and in vivo tumour models, relying on its consistency for large, sustained experimental campaigns.

This biosimilar is stable when stored at 2-8°C. For longer term storage (> 3 months) it is recommended to store this antibody at -20°C or -70°C.

Functional Assays

Reconstitute with sterile, distilled water to a final concentration of 1 mg/ml. Gently shake to solubilize completely. Do not vortex.
