Background
This product is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic recombinant analog of the anti-KIR3DL2 antibody lacutamab, supplied for research use only (RUO). Because lacutamab acts largely through Fc-mediated effector recruitment, an intact human IgG1 backbone makes this analog useful for interrogating antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) and antibody-dependent cellular phagocytosis (ADCP) against KIR3DL2-expressing cells. Typical research applications include target-binding and specificity assays, use as an isotype-matched positive control, effector-function and Fc-engineering benchmarking, flow-cytometry detection of KIR3DL2+ populations, and biosimilar/comparability characterization in in-vitro and preclinical settings. This tumor-associated expression pattern makes KIR3DL2 both a diagnostic/flow-cytometric marker and an antibody-targetable surface antigen for effector-mediated depletion of the malignant population.
