Background
CD40 is a costimulatory receptor on antigen-presenting cells that orchestrates B-cell, dendritic-cell and macrophage activation, a central pathway in immunology research. Offered as an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of dalnicastobart, this human IgG1-kappa recombinant antibody is intended for research use only. It is provided in a low-endotoxin, in vivo-suitable format and manufactured in scalable milligram-to-gram quantities for high-throughput laboratories. The antibody supports functional assays, costimulation and immune-activation studies, ADCC analysis, in vitro screening and preclinical immune-modulation models examining CD40 signaling. Supplied low in endotoxin and built to in vivo standards, it scales from milligram to gram quantities for bulk, reagent-intensive workflows.
