KIT (CD117) is a receptor tyrosine kinase that governs mast cell and progenitor biology and is implicated in numerous proliferative disorders, making it a well-established research target. Our research-grade anti-human KIT recombinant monoclonal antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of eglatoprutug, provided for research use only (RUO). Produced under stringent in vivo standards, this ultra-pure, low-endotoxin formulation is supplied in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities to meet heavy-usage, high-throughput laboratory demands. It functions as a control and blocking reagent across in vitro receptor screening, signaling studies, ADCC assays, and in vivo disease models.
