TIGIT is an inhibitory checkpoint receptor on T and NK cells and a prominent immuno-oncology target. Modeled on ralzapastotug, this unconjugated, non-therapeutic human IgG1 kappa antibody is expressed in CHO cells against human TIGIT. Released for research use only, it is purified to low endotoxin for in vivo suitability and produced in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for high-throughput, heavy-usage laboratories. It supports checkpoint-blockade functional assays, NK- and T-cell activity studies, ADCC investigations, and preclinical tumor-immunity models.
