HLA-DQ is an MHC class II molecule that presents peptides to CD4 T cells and is closely linked to autoimmune-disease susceptibility. Clone 1a3 is a mouse IgG2a monoclonal antibody against human HLA-DQ, validated for flow cytometry and ELISA, and this preparation is Fc-biotinylated to enable streptavidin-based detection systems.
