The integrin alpha-v beta-3 (alphaVbeta3; ITGAV/ITGB3) is a vitronectin-binding adhesion receptor implicated in angiogenesis, tumor invasion, and bone resorption. This research-grade anti-human alphaVbeta3 recombinant monoclonal antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of etaracizumab intended for research use only (RUO). Manufactured to rigorous in vivo standards, the ultra-pure, low-endotoxin material is delivered in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities to support heavy-usage, high-throughput laboratories. It is well suited to integrin adhesion-blocking assays, in vitro angiogenesis and cell-migration screening, in vivo tumor and vascular models, and biologics characterization, functioning as a reliable reference control reagent.
