ICOS (inducible T-cell co-stimulator) is a co-stimulatory receptor that enhances T-cell activation and is studied across immunology and immuno-oncology research. Offered as an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of alomfilimab, this research-grade anti-human ICOS recombinant monoclonal antibody is intended for research use only. It is manufactured to in vivo quality standards, formulated for low endotoxin, and supplied in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for high-throughput and heavy-usage laboratories. Typical applications include co-stimulation and functional T-cell assays, in vitro screening, and in vivo immuno-oncology models requiring a consistent, reproducible reagent.
