CD52 is a glycoprotein abundantly expressed on lymphocytes and serves as a depletion target in veterinary and comparative immunology research. This product is a research-grade, unconjugated analog of tamtuvetmab, a recombinant anti-canine CD52 monoclonal antibody developed for research use only and directed at the canine antigen. It is manufactured to in vivo standards in a low-endotoxin format and supplied in scalable milligram to gram quantities for high-throughput laboratories. Applications include lymphocyte-depletion functional assays, in vitro immunophenotyping of canine cells, and in vivo models of veterinary lymphoproliferative disease. The reagent is intended to deliver consistent, reproducible performance for heavy-usage research workflows.
