Interleukin-18 (IL-18) is a pro-inflammatory cytokine of the IL-1 family that promotes interferon-gamma production and is studied across autoinflammatory and immune-dysregulation research. Provided as an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of camoteskimab, this human IgG1-kappa recombinant antibody is for research use only (RUO). It is supplied with low endotoxin to in vivo-grade standards and manufactured in scalable milligram-to-gram quantities for high-throughput laboratories. The antibody supports functional and neutralization assays, cytokine-signaling studies, in vitro screening and preclinical inflammatory-disease models examining IL-18 activity.
