Background
PD-L1 is the principal ligand of PD-1, engaging the checkpoint pathway to suppress T-cell activity and promote immune evasion by tumours. The recombinant clone 10F.9G2 recognises mouse PD-L1 and is supplied here as a mouse IgG1 isotype, validated for flow cytometry, blocking, frozen IHC, immunofluorescence, and functional assays. Anti-PD-L1 10F.9G2 is provided in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo checkpoint studies and produced in scalable milligram-to-gram quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. It is intended strictly for research use only as a non-therapeutic reagent.
