Background
CD30 is a TNF-receptor-family member expressed on activated lymphocytes and a hallmark of certain lymphomas, making it a focus of haematology research. Offered as an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of briakinumab, this recombinant anti-human CD30 reagent is for research use only (RUO). It is produced to in vivo standards with a low-endotoxin profile and available in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) lots appropriate for heavy-usage and high-throughput facilities. Applications include functional assays, lymphocyte-activation and binding studies, defined controls, and in vivo lymphoma models, with reproducible performance to support extended research programmes.
