Limiting antitumour T-cell activity through inhibitory signalling, PD-1 is a widely studied target in cancer immunology research. This recombinant anti-human PD-1 monoclonal is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of iparomlimab, supplied for research use only (RUO). It is manufactured to in vivo standards with low endotoxin and produced in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. Use it in functional assays, checkpoint-blockade and T-cell-activation studies, reproducible controls, and in vivo immuno-oncology models, relying on consistent lot-to-lot performance for large experimental campaigns.
