The SARS-CoV-2 spike receptor-binding domain governs viral attachment to ACE2 and is a focal point of neutralizing-antibody research. This research-grade anti-SARS-CoV-2 recombinant monoclonal antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of etesevimab, supplied strictly for research use only (RUO). It is produced to demanding in vivo standards as an ultra-pure, low-endotoxin formulation and offered in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities to meet the needs of heavy-usage and high-throughput laboratories. Applications encompass viral neutralization and spike-blocking assays, in vitro RBD-binding screening, in vivo infection models, and biologics characterization, with use as a consistent positive control reagent.
