Folate hydrolase 1 (FOLH1/PSMA) is a prostate-restricted membrane antigen that is highly upregulated in prostate cancer, making it a prominent oncology and imaging target. As an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of capromab, this human IgG1-kappa recombinant antibody is supplied for research use only (RUO). It is formulated low in endotoxin to in vivo standards and manufactured in scalable milligram-to-gram quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. Researchers use it in functional and binding assays, antigen-targeting and internalization studies, in vitro screening and preclinical prostate-cancer models exploring PSMA.

This biosimilar is stable when stored at 2-8°C. For longer term storage (> 3 months) it is recommended to store this antibody at -20°C or -70°C.
