Interleukin-23 subunit p19 (IL23A) drives Th17 responses and is a key cytokine target in inflammatory bowel disease and psoriasis research. This product is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of brazikumab, a human IgG2-lambda recombinant antibody for research use only. It is supplied with low endotoxin to in vivo-grade standards and produced in scalable milligram-to-gram quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. Applications include functional and neutralization assays, IL-23/Th17 signaling studies, in vitro screening and preclinical autoimmune-inflammation models examining the IL-23 p19 subunit.
