FGF19 signalling through FGFR4 regulates bile acid synthesis and hepatic metabolism and is a focus of liver disease and metabolic research. This research-grade recombinant protein is a non-therapeutic analog of aldafermin, an engineered FGF19 variant, supplied strictly for research use only (RUO). Manufactured to demanding in vivo standards and purified to a low-endotoxin grade, it is offered in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for high-throughput and heavy-usage laboratories. It is suited to receptor-signalling assays, in vitro metabolic screening, and in vivo models of liver and metabolic disease, delivering reproducible, lot-consistent performance.
