Background
B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA) marks plasma cells while CD3 mediates T-cell recruitment, a combination at the centre of multiple-myeloma immunotherapy research. This bispecific reagent is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of teclistamab bridging CD3 and BCMA, supplied for research use only (RUO). It is manufactured to in vivo standards, presents low endotoxin, and is produced in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for high-throughput laboratories. Applications include functional assays, T-cell-redirected killing studies, defined controls, and in vivo plasma-cell-malignancy models, with reproducible bispecific performance suited to extended, heavy-usage research campaigns.
