Background
CD22 is an inhibitory sialic-acid-binding receptor on B cells that tunes B-cell receptor signalling, a recurring target in B-cell malignancy research. This recombinant anti-human CD22 monoclonal is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of epratuzumab, intended for research use only (RUO). It is produced to in vivo standards with low endotoxin and supplied in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for heavy-usage and high-throughput laboratories. Researchers apply it in functional assays, B-cell signalling and internalisation studies, defined controls, and in vivo models of B-lineage disease, relying on reproducible lot-to-lot behaviour for large experimental campaigns.
