Background
Bridging CEA and CD3 redirects T cells against carcinoembryonic-antigen-positive tumours, an approach actively pursued in solid-tumour immunotherapy research. This research-grade reagent is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of cibisatamab that engages human CEA and CD3 and is validated for functional assays. It is sold for research use only, formulated to a low-endotoxin standard suitable for in vivo studies, and produced in scalable milligram to gram quantities for high-throughput laboratories. Typical uses include T-cell redirection assays, bispecific-engager studies, in vitro cytotoxicity screening, and in vivo solid-tumour models.
