MUC16 (CA-125) is a mucin overexpressed in ovarian and other carcinomas and a long-standing oncology target. This unconjugated human IgG1 kappa antibody is a non-therapeutic analog of oregovomab, expressed in CHO cells against human MUC16. Supplied for research use only, it is purified to a low-endotoxin grade suitable for in vivo studies and produced in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) lots for high-throughput, heavy-usage laboratories. It serves as a dependable reagent for antigen-expression profiling, functional binding assays, in vitro screening, in vivo tumor models, and antibody-drug conjugate development.
