Death receptor 5 (DR5, encoded by TNFRSF10B) is a pro-apoptotic TRAIL receptor whose agonism triggers programmed cell death in tumor cells, a longstanding theme in cancer research. Our research-grade anti-human DR5 recombinant monoclonal antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of drozitumab, provided for research use only (RUO). Crafted to stringent in vivo standards, this ultra-pure, low-endotoxin material is supplied in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities to support heavy-usage, high-throughput laboratories. Use it as a control and functional reagent for apoptosis assays, in vitro receptor crosslinking screens, and in vivo tumor models.
