Background
CD33 is a myeloid-restricted siglec broadly expressed on leukemic blasts, making it a long-standing target in acute myeloid leukemia research. Built on a human IgG1, kappa framework, this reagent is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of lintuzumab that binds CD33 for functional assays. It is formulated to low-endotoxin specifications appropriate for in vivo experiments and produced in scalable milligram-to-gram lots that meet the needs of bulk and high-throughput laboratories. Provided for research use only (RUO), it serves as a control and active probe in myeloid-cell targeting studies, internalization and ADCC assays, in vitro screening, and preclinical leukemia models.
