Dabigatran (marketed as Pradaxa) is a direct thrombin inhibitor, and reversal of its anticoagulant activity is an active area of coagulation research. This recombinant anti-dabigatran Fab fragment is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of idarucizumab, supplied for research use only (RUO). Produced to in vivo manufacturing standards and purified to low endotoxin, it is offered in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for high-throughput and heavy-usage laboratories. It is suited to drug-binding and neutralization assays, in vitro functional screening, and in vivo anticoagulant-reversal models, providing a reliable, reproducible reagent.
