Background
SIRPalpha (SIRPA) is a myeloid inhibitory receptor that binds CD47 to deliver the macrophage 'don't eat me' signal central to innate-immune checkpoint research. This anti-human SIRPA recombinant monoclonal antibody is supplied as an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of anzurstobart for research use only. Produced to rigorous in vivo standards and purified to low endotoxin, it is manufactured in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities to serve bulk and high-throughput laboratories. The reagent is appropriate for phagocytosis and binding assays, in vitro functional screening, and in vivo immuno-oncology models, providing dependable, reproducible performance.
