Stable for at least one week when stored sterile at 2-8°C. For long term storage aseptically aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at -80°C. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.

Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.2,with no carrier protein, potassium or preservatives added. BSA and Azide free.

This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.

Detects human CD20. This non-therapeutic antibody uses the same sequence as the therapeutic antibody Rituximab.

CD20 is a hallmark B-cell surface marker widely targeted in lymphoma and autoimmunity research. Carrying the LALAPG Fc mutations that abolish effector function, this research-grade anti-human CD20 recombinant monoclonal antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of rituximab built around the CD20 target for research use only. The effector-silenced design makes it valuable for separating binding from Fc-mediated activity, and it is produced to in vivo standards as an ultra-pure, low-endotoxin preparation in scalable milligram to gram quantities for high-throughput and bulk laboratories. It supports preclinical work spanning binding and blocking assays, in vitro screening, and in vivo B-cell models.
