ichorbio’s Rat IgG2b Isotype Control for In Vivo – Low Endotoxin (1-2) is manufactured in an cGMP compliant facility. ichorbio’s low endotoxin antibodies have half the endotoxin of comparable antibodies from our competitors at less than 1.0 EU/mg. If ichorbio’s low endotoxin antibodies are not low enough we also offer ultra low endotoxin antibodies which have even less endotoxin [<0.75EU/mg] at an even higher purity [98% versus 95%]. ichorbio: the best antibodies for in vivo research.
Trinitrophenol and KLH.
This Rat IgG2b isotype control antibody [Anti-KLH+Trinitrophenol] has been tested against selected species’ cells and tissues to assure minimal cross reactivity.
This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.

This antibody is aseptically packaged and formulated in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline [PBS] pH 7.2 – 7.4, 150 mM NaCl with no carrier protein, potassium or preservatives added.

Rat minute virus
This antibody is stable for at least one week when stored sterile at 2-8°C. For long term storage aseptically aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at –80°C. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.
This Rat IgG2b isotype control antibody should be used at the same concentration as the primary antibody.
