Background:Nivolumab biosimilar is a human monoclonal antibody that blocks the interaction between PD-1 and its ligands, PD-L1 and PD-L2. Nivolumab is an IgG4 kappa immunoglobulin that has a calculated molecular mass of 146 kDa. It is expressed in a recombinant Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cell line.

Formulation:This PE conjugate is formulated in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (150 mM NaCl) PBS pH 7.4, 1% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide as a preservative.
Storage:This PE conjugate is stable when stored at 2-8°C. Do not freeze.

Application Notes:Excitation laser: Blue Laser (488 nm) and/or Green Laser (532 nm)/Yellow-Green Laser (561 nm). Each investigator should determine their own optimal working dilution for specific applications.
