With the help of our partner, Binaree – ichorbio has been creating new immunofluorescence validation data for a number of our antibodies.
One of these antibodies is anti-ICAM-1 antibody, clone 15.2. IF images can be found here, but we are lucky to be able to show today a 3D video of the antibody in action.
Immunofluorescence Staining Protocol:
Immunofluorescence analysis of paraffin-embedded breast cancer tissue section labeling ICAM-1 (1:100) overnight at 4˚, followed by goat anti-mouse IgG H&L (Alexa Fluor ® 647-red) secondary antibody (1:500 dilution). MDA-MB-231 cells were injected via mouse nipple and grown for 5 weeks. The nuclear counter stain is DAPI (blue).
Image was acquired on a Nikon A1R microscope system and 3D images were reconstructed with IMARIS software.
