Human

Detects human CD27. This non-therapeutic antibody uses the same sequence as the antibody varlilumab.

This recombinant protein was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.

Varlilumab is a monoclonal antibody designed for immunotherapy for solid tumors and hematologic malignancies. It is an anti-CD27 antibody and helps activate T-cells.

Varlilumab biosimilar – Research Grade is stable for at least four (4) weeks when stored sterile at 2-8°C. For long term storage aseptically aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at –80°C. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.
