Detects human 5T4. This non-therapeutic antibody uses the same sequence as the therapeutic antibody naptumomab.

This recombinant protein was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.

RUO Naptumomab targets the 5T4 tumor antigen, a 72-kDa oncofetal trophoblast protein expressed on many carcinomas, including renal cell carcinoma. The therapeutic effect is associated with activation of SAg-binding T cells.
