Detects human CD3e. This non-therapeutic antibody uses the same sequence as the antibody muromonab-CD3.

This recombinant protein was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.

Muromonab is an immunosuppressant drug given to reduce acute rejection in patients with organ transplants. It is a monoclonal antibody targeted at the CD3 receptor, a membrane protein on the surface of T cells. It was the first monoclonal antibody to be approved for clinical use in humans.

Muromonab-CD3 biosimilar – Research Grade is stable for at least four (4) weeks when stored sterile at 2-8°C. For long term storage aseptically aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at –80°C. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.
