Detects human CD38. This non-therapeutic antibody uses the same variable region sequence as the therapeutic antibody daratumumab. This product is for research use only.

This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.

Daratumumab biosimilar is an immunoglobulin G1 kappa (IgG1κ) human monoclonal antibody against CD38 antigen, produced in a mammalian cell line (Chinese Hamster Ovary [CHO]) using recombinant DNA technology. The molecular weight of daratumumab is approximately 148 kDa.
