This Human IgG1 isotype control recombinant antibody has been tested against selected human cells and tissues to assure minimal cross reactivity.

This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.

Recombinant IgG1 human antibody with a replacement of Leucine with Alanine at 234 and Leucine with Alanine at 235, together with Proline and Glycine at 329 (LALAPG).
