Product Benefits:

ichorbio's anti- CD70 In Vivo Antibody - Low Endotoxin (TAN1-7) is manufactured in a cGMP compliant, ISO Quality Standard 9001:2015 facility. ichorbio's low endotoxin antibodies have half the endotoxin of comparable antibodies from Bio X Cell at less than 1.0 EU/mg. If ichorbio's low endotoxin antibodies are not low enough we also offer ultra low endotoxin antibodies which have even less endotoxin (<0.5EU/mg) at an even higher purity (98% versus 95%). ichorbio: the best antibodies for in vivo research.

Other Names:

CD27 Ligand, TNFSF7, Tumor Necrosis Factor Ligand 8A, CD27L, CD70 Antigen.

ichorbio's TAN1-7 in vivo antibody is available in the following bulk sizes: 1mg, 5mg, 25mg, 50mg and 100mg ichorbio regularly manufactures multi-gram amounts of our anti-CD70 TAN1-7 clone - please contact us for pricing.

Species Reactivity:

Clone TAN 1-7 recognizes mouse CD70.

Purification Method:

This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.

Antigen Distribution:

CD70 is expressed on activated T Cells, B Cells, and dendritic cells.

CD70, a cytokine and also known as CD27 ligand, is a member of the tumor necrosis family. As a cytokine, CD70 plays a role in regulating B cell activation, cytotoxic function of natural killer cells, and immunoglobulin synthesis. Non-small cell lung cancer research has shown that CD70 increases the survivability of tumor cells and T cells by signaling through its receptor CD27.

Recombinant mouse CD70 (extracellular domain, aa residues 41-195).
