Bulk Anti-Human CD195 (CCR5) In Vivo Antibody – Low Endotoxin (HEK/1/85a/7a)
ichorbio’s Anti-Human CD195 (CCR5) In Vivo Antibody – Low Endotoxin (HEK/1/85a/7a) [ICH1172] is manufactured in a cGMP compliant, ISO Quality Standard 9001:2015 facility. ichorbio’s low endotoxin antibodies have half the endotoxin of comparable antibodies from our competitors at less than 1.0 EU/mg. If ichorbio’s low endotoxin antibodies are not low enough we also offer ultra low endotoxin antibodies which have even less endotoxin (<0.75EU/mg) at an even higher purity (98% versus 95%). ichorbio: the best antibodies for in vivo research.
C-C chemokine receptor type 5, CC-CKR-5, CCR-5, CHEMR13, HIV-1 fusion coreceptor
ichorbio’s CD195 in vivo antibody is available in the following bulk sizes:
5mg, 25mg, 50mg and 100mg
ichorbio regularly manufactures multi-gram amounts of our anti CD195 clone HEK/1/85a/7a – please contact us for pricing.
Clone HEK/1/85a/7a recognizes an epitope on human CCR5.
This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.
CCR5 is expressed on memory T cells, macrophages, and immature dendritic cells (DCs)
CCR5 antibody, HEK/1/85a/7a, recognizes C-C chemokine receptor type 5 (CCR5), also known as CD195, CC-CKR-5, CHEMR13, and HIV-1 fusion coreceptor. CCR5 is a 45 kDa seven-transmembrane G-protein-coupled receptor (GPCR). CCR5 is expressed on a subset of memory T cells, macrophages, and immature dendritic cells (DCs) and is upregulated by proinflammatory cytokines. CCR5 binds to inflammatory CC-chemokines, including CCL3 (macrophage inflammatory protein (MIP)-1α), CCL4 (MIP-1β), and RANTES, which increases intracellular calcium levels and results in cytoskeletal rearrangement and chemotactic cell migration. CCR5 is also the coreceptor for HIV-1 following binding of viral gp120 to CD44-7. The levels of CCR5 on cells influence the rate of entry of HIV-1, and patients with lower levels of CCR5 exhibit immunity against infection. CCR5 also contributes to other human diseases, including type I diabetes and cancer.
CHO cells transfected with full-length human CD195 (CCR5).

Minute virus of mice
Mouse parvovirus (MPV1-5)
Theiler’s murine encephalomyelitis virus
Lymphocytic choriomeningitis virus
Lactate dehydrogenase-elevating virus
Mouse adenovirus (MAD1, MAD2)
Mouse thymic virus
Corynebacterium spp. (HAC2)
This antibody is stable for at least one week when stored sterile at 2-8°C. For long term storage aseptically aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at –80°C. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.
Each investigator should determine their own optimal working dilution for specific applications.
