Bulk anti-HLA-DQ In Vivo Antibody – Low Endotoxin (1a3)
Anti-HLA-DQ In Vivo Antibody – Low Endotoxin (1a3) recognizes a monomorphic epitope present on HLA-DQ molecules of the human class II major histocompatibility complex (MHC). anti-HLA-DQ does not react with HLA-DR or HLA-DP molecules.
The HLA-DQ antigen is present on approximately 10% of peripheral blood lymphocytes. This antibody reacts with virtually all B-cell lines and some tissue macrophages and dendritic cells.
