Bulk anti-CTLA-4 In Vivo Antibody – Low Endotoxin (UC10-4F10-11)
ICH1085 is up to 30% cheaper for academia & non-profits and up to 55% cheaper for industry than the equivalent product BE0032 from Bio X Cell.
ichorbio’s anti-CTLA-4 In Vivo Antibody – Low Endotoxin (UC10-4F10-11) is manufactured in a cGMP compliant, ISO Quality Standard 9001:2015 facility. ichorbio’s low endotoxin antibodies have half the endotoxin of comparable antibodies from our competitors at less than 1.0 EU/mg. If ichorbio’s low endotoxin antibodies are not low enough we also offer ultra low endotoxin antibodies which have even less endotoxin (<0.75EU/mg) at an even higher purity (98% versus 95%). ichorbio: the best antibodies for in vivo research.

Anti-CTLA-4 In Vivo Antibody – Low Endotoxin (UC10-4F10-11) recognizes an epitope on Mouse CD152
This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.
The UC10-4F10-11 antibody reacts with CD152 (CTLA-4), which is expressed on activated T lymphocytes 2-3 days after stimulation through T cell receptor.
CD152, also known as CTLA-4 or Ly-56 has significant similarity to CD28 in amino acid sequence, structure, and genomic organization. Furthermore, CD152 and CD28 share common B7 family counter-receptors. Unlike CD28, CD152 expression appears to be restricted to activated T cells and CD25+CD4+ regulatory T (Treg) cells. CD152 is thought to play a role in the induction and maintenance of immunological tolerance as well as the development of protective immunity and thymocyte regulation.

Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Functional Assays, Immunoprecipitation
We recommend using between 50-250µg per mouse when performing in vivo research using ichorbio’s CTLA-4 low endotoxin antibody clone UC10-4F10-11. This range is based off the most recent publication data using the UC10-4F10-11 clone in vivo.
Functional Assay: Clone UC10-4F10-11 antibody has been shown to promote T cell co-stimulation by blocking CTLA-4 binding to the B7 co-receptors, allowing for CD28 binding.
Each investigator should determine their own optimal working dilution for specific applications.
