Anti-CD8 In Vivo Antibody – Low Endotoxin (YTS-169) recognizes an epitope on Mouse CD8
This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.
Present on the surface of most thymocytes and a subpopulation of mature T-lymphocytes which include most T suppressor/cytotoxic cells. CD8 participates in T-cell activation through its association with the T-cell receptor complex and protein tyrosine kinase lck.

Immunohistochemistry on Frozen Sections: This antibody should give satisfactory staining results when used on frozen sections but the concentration is assay dependent.
