Anti-CD45R In Vivo Antibody – Low Endotoxin (RA3-6B2) recognizes the B-cell determinant (Mr 220 kD) of the CD45 molecule.

The CD45R antigen is present on mouse B-cells, B-cell precursors, T cell subset, NK cell subsets .

CD45R, also known as B220 is a 220 kDa transmembrane protein tyrosine phosphatase expressed on B cells and some subsets of T and NK cells. This antibody is commonly used as a B cell marker as CD45R does play a critical role in TCR and BCR signaling.
