CD45 is a 180-240 kD glycoprotein also known as the leukocyte common antigen (LCA). CD45 plays a key role in TCR and BCR signal transduction.

This antibody is stable for at least 4 weeks when stored at 2-8°C. For long term storage, aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at – 20°C or -80°C. Avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles.

Flow Cytometry: For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is ≤0.125 µg per million cells in 100 µl volume.
