Anti-CD155 In Vivo Antibody – Low Endotoxin (4.24) recognizes an epitope on Mouse CD155
This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.
CD155 is expressed at cell junctions on the primary vascular endothelial cells. Also, mouse CD155 is highly expressed on DP thymocytes.
Mouse CD155, is a member of a subfamily of immunoglobulin-like adhesion receptors. Mouse CD155 is expressed on a variety of cells of hematopoietic origin apart from its existence on the epithelial cells. The engagement of CD155 with CD226 and CD96 induces cytotoxicity of NK cells and CTL.

Anti-CD155 In Vivo Antibody – Low Endotoxin (4.24) is stable for at least one week when stored sterile at 2-8°C. For long term storage aseptically aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at –80°C. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.
