Bulk anti-CD14 In Vivo Antibody – Low Endotoxin (UCHM-1)
ichorbio’s anti-CD14 In Vivo Antibody – Low Endotoxin (UCHM-1) is manufactured in a cGMP compliant, ISO Quality Standard 9001:2015 facility. ichorbio’s low endotoxin antibodies have half the endotoxin of comparable antibodies from our competitors at less than 1.0 EU/mg. If ichorbio’s low endotoxin antibodies are not low enough we also offer ultra low endotoxin antibodies which have even less endotoxin (<0.75EU/mg) at an even higher purity (98% versus 95%). ichorbio: the best antibodies for in vivo research.
Myeloid cell-specific leucine-rich glycoprotein
Anti-CD14 In Vivo Antibody – Low Endotoxin (UCHM-1) recognizes Human CD14. Anti-Human CD14 recognizes a (Mr 55 kDa) cell surface glycoprotein expressed on most peripheral blood monocytes.
This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.
The CD14 antigen is expressed on approximately 70-95% of human peripheral blood monocytes. It is also found on other cells of myeloid lineage including granulocytes, dendritic reticulum cells and pleural phagocytic cells.
Cluster of differentiation 14 also known as CD14 is a cell surface glycoprotein expressed in monocytes, macrophages, polymorphonuclear neutrophils, chondrocytes, B-cells, dendritic cells. CD14 functions to enhance activation of cells by lipopolysaccharide (LPS).
