Detects human ErbB2. This non-therapeutic antibody uses the same variable region sequence as the therapeutic antibody Alemtuzumab. Our Alemtuzumab biosimilar is for research use only (RUO).

Alemtuzumab is a humanized IgG1 kappa monoclonal antibody that selectively binds with high affinity to the extracellular domain of the human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 protein, HER2. Alemtuzumab is produced by recombinant DNA technology in a mammalian cell (Chinese Hamster Ovary).

This PE conjugate is formulated in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (150 mM NaCl) PBS pH 7.4, 1% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide as a preservative.

This PE conjugate is stable when stored at 2-8°C. Do not freeze.

Excitation laser: Blue Laser (488 nm) and/or Green Laser (532 nm)/Yellow-Green Laser (561 nm). Each investigator should determine their own optimal working dilution for specific applications.
