Detects human CD52. This non-therapeutic antibody uses the same variable region sequence as the therapeutic antibody Alemtuzumab.
This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.
Alemtuzumab biosimilar is a recombinant DNA-derived humanized monoclonal antibody (Campath-1H) directed against the 21-28 kD cell surface glycoprotein, CD52, is an IgG1 kappa antibody with human variable framework and constant regions, and complementarity-determining regions from a murine (rat) monoclonal antibody. The alemtuzumab biosimilar has an approximate molecular weight of 150 kD and is produced in mammalian cell (Chinese hamster ovary) suspension culture in a medium.

Sterile, clear, colorless, preservative-free solution with a pH value of 6.8-7.4 and contains sodium chloride, disodium hydrogen phosphate, potassium chloride, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, polysorbate 80 and EDTA two sodium. BSA and Azide free.

Alemtuzumab Biosimilar – Research Grade is stable for at least four (4) weeks when stored sterile at 2-8°C. For long term storage aseptically aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at –80°C. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.
Each investigator should determine their own optimal working dilution for specific applications.
