Anti-CD19 In Vivo Antibody – Low Endotoxin (SJ25-C1) recognizes an epitope on Human CD19
This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.
Anti-Human CD19 recognizes a (Mr 90 kDa) B-cell surface glycoprotein which is present at all stages of maturation. Anti-CD19 does not react with T-cells, granulocytes, monocytes, erythrocytes or platelets. The CD19 antigen is expressed on approximately 5-25% of human peripheral blood lymphocytes and approximately 60% of splenic lymphocytes.

anti-CD19 In Vivo Antibody – Low Endotoxin (SJ25-C1) is stable for at least four (4) weeks when stored sterile at 2-8°C. For long term storage aseptically aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at –80°C. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.
Each investigator should determine their own optimal working dilution for specific applications.
