With the help of our partner, Binaree – ichorbio has been creating new immunofluorescence validation data for a number of our antibodies. One of these antibodies is our anti-TNF alpha antibody, clone TN3-19.12.
Please see below for a 3D video of our TNF alpha antibody staining in thick liver tissue.
Immunofluorescence Staining Protocol:
0.2 mm-thick mouse liver tissue labelled with TNF-alpha (1:100) and alpha-SMA (1:100) at 37˚ for 3 days, followed by goat anti-hamster IgG (Alexa Fluor ® 647-red) and by donkey anti-rabbit IgG (Alexa Fluor488-green) secondary antibody (1:200 dilution), respectively.
The nuclear counter-stain is DAPI (blue).
Image was acquired on a Nikon A1R microscope system and 3D visualization was reconstructed with IMARIS software.
