With the help of our partner, Binaree – ichorbio has been creating new immunofluorescence validation data for a number of our antibodies. One of these antibodies is anti-Mouse CD209b In Vivo Antibody – Low Endotoxin (22D1) [ICH1077]Immunofluorescence Staining Protocol: Immunofluorescence analysis of 0.2um thick lung tissue labelled with CD209b (1:100) and phospho-EGFR (1:100) at 37C for 3 days followed by goat anti-hamster IgG (Alexa Fluor ® 647-red) secondary antibody (1:500 dilution). The nuclear counterstain is DAPI.Image was acquired on a Nikon A1R microscope system and 3D images were reconstructed with IMARIS software. 4x magnification (first image) or 60x magnification (second image).
